Rugs USA Return Policy
If your order was delivered in the contiguous United States, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery and get your money back. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to be processed and for refunds to be made. We are not accepting returns from Canada at the present time. We apologize for any difficulties this may cause.

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY RUG AFTER I RECEIVE IT?
A: In the unlikely event your rug is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Once the issue has been reported, Rugs USA will be responsible for replacement, repair, or shipping costs.
Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY RUG?
A: We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days after receiving the rug from the manufacturer. Once your rug is in transit, we will update you on the status of your order via email.
Q: CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
A: We understand how frustrating it can be when your order arrives and you’re not happy with it. You can return an unopened, unworn rug for up to 30 days. Simply go to “My Account” and click “Return” under “My Orders.”
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Any items returned must be unworn and undamaged. We will issue a full refund (including original shipping) if you send back the item within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
